Section
1: TITLE
This association shall
be known as the Northeast Oklahoma Lamb Association (NEOLA) and shall be at all
times operated and conducted as a non-profit organization in accordance with
the laws of the State of Oklahoma providing for such organizations and by which
it shall acquire such rights as granted to associations of this kind.
Section
2: OBJECTIVES
The purpose of the Association
shall be to collect, record, preserve the records, publish a summary of the
results, stimulate competition among 4-H and FFA exhibitors, and award prizes
and awards to the top individual exhibitors of club lambs throughout the course
of a one-year period based upon the total number of points accumulated within a
given NEOLA breed division.
Section
3: PLACE OF BUSINESS
The principal place
of business shall be Payne County, Oklahoma, but its members or officers may be
residents of any county in northeast Oklahoma and business may be conducted at
any place convenient to such members or officials as may be participating.
