Section 3:
ALL-AROUND POINTS
All exhibitors will be included in the All Around/Overall Points. An exhibitor must show in at least two (2) different breeds at a show to be eligible for the Top 25 All-Around Points. Points are taken from the total of breed points for that exhibitor. If an exhibitor has two (2) lambs in any one breed, points from both lambs will be counted for the All Around if exhibitor showed in another breed. In case of a tie, both members will be awarded the ranking. The following rank will be eliminated, and the next exhibitor will move one rank down. For example, two exhibitors place 3rd overall cross both members are awarded 3rd overall cross and the next member is awarded 5th overall cross. This ensures the top 25 all-around/overall and top 10 each breed/category are represented correctly. Those placings will be reflected for the exhibitor on their award jacket. Showmanship points are not included in the All-Around/Overall Points. Rookie points will already be reflected since they are a representation of the member’s highest placing single animal.
Section 4:
ROOKIE POINTS
Rookie points are tabulated for the first-year members only per age category:
Novice (Ages 5-7)
Beginner (Ages 8-10)
Junior (Ages 11-13)
Intermediate (Ages 14-15)
Senior (Ages 16-19)
These points are taken from the highest-placing lamb in any one breed. If a member has two lambs in one breed, only the points for the highest placing lamb will be recorded.
Section 5:
SHOWMANSHIP
Only NEOLA members will be allowed to participate in Showmanship. Showmanship is divided into five age categories:

The top 10 in each age category are placed. Every exhibitor is awarded a point for participating. Points are given as follows:

3rd place 9 points
4th place 8 points
5th place 7 points
6th place 6 points
7th place 5 points

Section 6:
CALCULATING END-OF-YEAR POINTS
End-of-year points will be calculated using the top 5 points in each category, i.e.: breeds, showmanship, rookie, and overall. Lowest points will be dropped after last show is calculated.
