What is NEOLA:
NEOLA, North Eastern Oklahoma Lamb Association was
started to stimulate competition among 4-H and FFA
exhibitors, while also encouraging sportsmanship and
leadership.  NEOLA offers a series of jackpot lamb shows
and gives  prizes and awards to the top individual
exhibitors of club lambs throughout the course of a
one-year period based upon the total number of points
accumulated within a given NEOLA division.  
We currently host shows November through February.  
The awards are given during the Tulsa State Fair.
Who can show at NEOLA:

Academically eligible 4-H or FFA and peewee designated
showmen residing in the northeast portion of the State of
Oklahoma (counties included are Adair, Cherokee, Craig,
Creek, Delaware, Kay, Lincoln, Logan, Mayes, McIntosh,
Muskogee, Noble, Nowata, Okfuskee, Oklahoma, Okmulgee,
Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Payne, Pottawatomie, Rogers,
Seminole, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington) are eligible
for active membership. Members must be actively enrolled in
school and be seven (7) years of age by the first show date for
the season and may continue membership until high school

Any members who want to be a  on the junior board or officer
must fill out the officer application below by November 1.

NEW for 2016-2017 Show Season:

1. We have added hair sheep.                                             
Because of the increase in shropshires and decrease in
suffolks,there will be a new point system.

NEW: a three tiered system- Southdown, Speckled Face,
and Dorset will receive 6points for first.          
Shropshire and Suffolks will receive 8 points for first,
and Hamps, Naturals, and Crosses will remain            
at 10 points for first.

How to Join NEOLA:

If you meet the requirements above, you can become a
member.  Memberships are $25. We accept memberships at
the NEOLA shows. Please print and fill out membership form
below before the show
and fill out, then bring it with you to
your first sh
ow.  One form for each member.
